LEGO Star Wars: All New Sets Revealed for May 2025 – Chopper, U-Wing, Star Wars Logo, and Iconic Helmets

LEGO has officially unveiled its full line-up of Star Wars sets launching this May – just in time for the annual May the 4th celebrations. Fans can expect six brand-new releases, including tributes to Kylo Ren, the droid Chopper, the U-Wing, and display-worthy helmets of Jango Fett and Kylo Ren, along with a brick-built LEGO Star Wars logo.

Each year on 4 May, Star Wars fans around the world celebrate the galaxy far, far away. As has become tradition, LEGO kicks off the festivities on 1 May by releasing a selection of themed sets. While early images of the U-Wing and LEGO Star Wars logo were previously teased, the official product listings have now gone live in the LEGO online store. Additionally, the UCS Slave I (75409) and a promotional Kamino Training Centre set were also revealed earlier today.

LEGO Star Wars May 2025: Complete Overview of New Sets

A total of six new LEGO Star Wars sets will be available starting 1 May 2025. Most will be widely accessible, except for the exclusive Kylo Ren Command Shuttle and his helmet, which are limited in distribution. This spring’s wave adds to both the Helmet and Starship Collections, and also ties into the upcoming second season of Andor, set to premiere on 22 April, by featuring a playset with key minifigures from the series.

LEGO 75406 – Kylo Ren’s Command Shuttle

To mark the 10th anniversary of Episode VII: The Force Awakens, LEGO is revisiting the sequel trilogy. While these films are not receiving the same fanfare as the original trilogy and won’t feature any anniversary branding, two new sets linked to Kylo Ren are launching in May. One of them is this exclusive version of his Command Shuttle, priced at €59.99. The black spacecraft is recreated in microscale using 386 pieces and features foldable wings, mirroring the ship’s design in the film.

LEGO 75415 – Kylo Ren Helmet

Continuing the celebration of Episode VII, the second Kylo Ren-themed release is a display helmet set priced at €69.99. This highly detailed replica, featuring the villain’s black helmet with silver markings, joins the LEGO Helmet Collection. Made up of 529 bricks, the model includes at least 13 printed elements to authentically depict the signature silver streaks around the eyes. However, due to its exclusive nature, the helmet won’t be available from all retailers.

LEGO 75408 – Jango Fett Helmet

Another major highlight for May is the addition of bounty hunter Jango Fett to the LEGO Helmet Collection. Not only is he featured in a new UCS spaceship set, but fans will also be able to build his grey-and-blue helmet from Episode II: Attack of the Clones. Priced at €79.99, this premium set consists of 616 pieces, including components to recreate the iconic rangefinder. To achieve the fine detailing on the forehead, several stickers are included.

With such a diverse mix of builds – from spaceships to collector’s helmets – the May 2025 LEGO Star Wars range caters to builders and collectors alike. Whether you’re into microscale models, iconic minifigures, or display pieces, this year’s selection ensures that the Force remains strong in your brick-built galaxy.
